You might want to put in something about making sure any mask you wear does not interfere with your vision.

Carry a flashlight to help see in the dark and help drivers see you.

Never go out alone. (Who does anyway! Imagine having NO friends to go out trick or treating with???)

Also, I've heard be sure you don't wear long robes, capes, or dresses that you might trip on.

I think I might make clothing all one big thing:

Clothing that is visible to others and safe for you.

Something like that.

What if someone invites you into their house?  This did happen to me, and thankfully it was something simple and not a problem.  She wanted to tape my mask for me that was ripping.  It was a different world back when I was a young one.  Today I would have serious questions to ask if invited inside.
