Why did you become a magician?
« on: October 06, 2012, 10:11:15 PM »
I was 12 when I started. I saw a magician on a tv commercial, (Marshal Brodien). My mother bought me the magic set. I fell in love with it from the start.

I had a magician come to my first grade school and I still remember he did the Dinamo Spot Card:

I thought that was cool. But I really got interested when I stumbled this book and I was hooked.

From there I went to the local library and read everything I could find and asked for magic kits for every birthday and Christmas present.

I still love magic as much as my first grade self did.  :D

Bullied and picked on in grade school I needed something I could do that no one else could.  By choosing to be an escape artist, I managed to find something no one else could do and most would never dare try.
